Is the hot tub open all year?

Yes. The hot tub on the covered lower deck is open year-round. Keep glass away from it and supervise children at all times.

Is firewood provided?

Yes, firewood is provided for the stone fire pit. The lower deck also has a propane fire table.

What is the cancellation policy?

Vrbo and Airbnb bookings follow the policy shown on that listing. For direct bookings, once they open here: Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund, or 14 to 30 days before for a 50% refund. Within 14 days of check-in, the stay can't be refunded.

When do I pay, and is there a deposit?

Vrbo and Airbnb bookings follow their own payment and damage terms. Direct bookings, once they open here, work like this: you pay 50% when you book and the rest 30 days before check-in (in full if you book within 30 days of check-in), and a $500 refundable deposit hold goes on your card, released after check-out once the cabin has been checked.

What taxes are included?

The cabin has two levels with stairs between them. The front door, both king bedrooms and a full bath are on the main level.
