These terms cover your use of lightningbugvista.com, which is run by Lightning Bug Vista Rentals LLC ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Your stay

Every stay at Lightning Bug Vista follows the House Rules & Policies. Direct stays, once direct booking opens, are also governed by the rental agreement, and if anything on this site differs from the agreement you sign, the signed agreement controls. Stays booked on Vrbo or Airbnb also follow those platforms' terms.

Information on the site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, rules, fees and distances accurate and current. Furnishings, games and seasonal details can change, and photos can't show every season. Distances marked "about" are estimates. Prices and availability are final only once your booking is confirmed.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, including Vrbo and Airbnb. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Photos, text and logo

The photos, text, video and Lightning Bug Vista name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Using the site responsibly

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it for resale, or send unlawful or abusive messages through it.

Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information, apart from obligations in a signed rental agreement.
