Getting here and parking

The last stretch is a short, steep, paved driveway, common for cabins in the Smokies. It ends at a level concrete pad with room for 2 vehicles.

Most cars handle it in dry weather. When snow or ice is in the forecast, come in an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle, and call 865-654-1243 if conditions look unsafe before you set out.

Knoxville's McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is about 53 minutes away by car.
